Reports suggest that this model will be built on a versatile platform capable of accommodating various powertrains, with an official unveiling expected on August 15. Recent spy shots from automotive enthusiasts have shown a heavily camouflaged test vehicle, indicating notable alterations in design, dimensions, and structural components.

A recent image has surfaced, showcasing the front design of the new Mahindra Bolero, providing a clearer view than previous sightings. Just a few days ago, another test mule thought to be the new Bolero was spotted, but the images were not as detailed. This time, however, the clarity of the images shared by a user named Puntolover on an automotive forum reveals more about the vehicle's rear design.

The new Bolero is anticipated to be the first model utilizing the innovative Flexible Architecture (NFA) platform. This platform is designed to support a diverse range of petrol, diesel, and hybrid variants, allowing Mahindra to broaden its vehicle lineup. The vehicle's overall design appears robust and boxy, featuring bold, squared proportions. Spy images indicate the presence of circular LED headlights at the front and horizontally arranged tail lamps at the rear, contributing to its rugged aesthetic while accommodating a spare wheel mount.

The muscular design and circular headlights have led many observers to draw comparisons with the new Land Rover Defender and the G-Wagon.
