Things not to consume with Jamun: A fruit is very much seen in the markets between summer and rainy season, whose name is Jamun. According to experts, jamun should not be eaten on an empty stomach as it can cause acidity. It is best to eat jamun in the afternoon or evening. Do not drink water for at least 30 minutes after eating jamun and keep a gap of at least 1 hour between eating milk, pickle or sweets. If you want to take full advantage of jamun in this season, then definitely follow the right rules of eating it.
