Select the ‘Service Request’ option on the homepage.

Select ‘Non-IPPB Banking’ from the available services.

Click on ‘Doorstep Banking’ service.

Tick the ‘Aadhaar-Mobile Update’ box when it appears.

Fill the Aadhaar-Mobile Update form with the required details.

Submit the form by clicking on the Submit button.

Once submitted, the Department of Posts will contact you and send a representative to your home address.
