The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the timetable for the CS Executive and Professional December 2025 session exam. The CS December 2025 exam schedule has been released on the official website , which candidates can check. The December session exams will start on December 22 and will run till December 29. The exam will be conducted in one shift.

According to the official schedule released, the ICSI CS Executive December 2025 exam will be conducted from 2 pm to 5.15 pm. At the same time, CS Professional exams will also be held from 2 pm to 5.15 pm. Registration for CS Executive, Professional December 2025 is going on for a single group. Candidates can apply to appear in the exam till July 31. At the same time, earlier ICSI had closed the registration process for both groups on 31 May.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India conducted the CS Executive June 2025 exam on June 8. To pass the exam, the candidate must obtain at least 50% marks in total. Candidates who qualify for the exam of both CS Executive Groups will appear in the CS Professional December 2025 exam.
The result of CS Executive will be declared by ICSI on August 25 at 2 pm. The scorecard will be released on the official website icsi.edu, which candidates will be able to check by entering their login details.
