1. Bleeding disorders

One of the most common causes of unexplained bruising is a bleeding disorder. Conditions such as hemophilia affect the ability of blood to clot properly.

2. Vitamin C deficiency

A lack of vitamin C in the body can lead to scurvy, a condition that weakens blood vessels, causing easy bruising.

3. Vitamin K deficiency

Vitamin K is essential for blood clotting. If you don't have enough of this vitamin, it becomes difficult for blood to clot, making you more likely to bruise.
