Sikar shocking news: A fake company started by two brothers of Sikar district of Rajasthan defrauded the entire country of Rs 2700 crore in just one and a half years. Now the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken over the investigation of this much-discussed scam. On June 12, 2025, ED raided 24 locations in Rajasthan, Gujarat and Delhi, including Jaipur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu and Jodhpur.

This company named Nexa Evergreen was started in Ahmedabad in April 2021. Behind it were two brothers named Subhash and Ranveer Bijarani, who are residents of Panlava village in Sikar. The company claimed that it was developing a project near Dholera Smart City, which is one of the most ambitious projects of the central government. Taking advantage of this name and brand, these people made people invest by luring them with huge profits. Dholera is part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor and is being developed as India's first Greenfield Smart City. By taking people into confidence in the name of this project, Nexa Evergreen collected huge amounts of money through plots, flats and other investment options.

The company promoted its products across the country by paying huge commissions to agents. It is said that around 1500 crore rupees commission was distributed during this period. To win the trust of the people, the company also bought around 1300 bighas of land and pretended to give ownership rights to the investors. Meanwhile, the Bijarani brothers bought 25 resorts in Goa, hotels in Jaipur, flats in Ahmedabad and luxury cars.

In January 2023, all the offices of the company were suddenly closed and the owners absconded. Now ED is investigating from the angle of money laundering. The defrauded money was transferred through 27 small companies. At present, investors across the country are waiting for justice. It is being told that money has been taken from 70000 people across the country.
