Tarun Mansukhani’s latest comedy film ‘ Housefull 5 ’ is proving to be a crowd-puller even in its second week. Starring Akshay Kumar , Abhishek Bachchan , Riteish Deshmukh , Nargis Fakhri, Jacqueline Fernandez and Soundarya Sharma , the film released on 6 June and has managed to keep the cash registers ringing. According to early estimates by Sacnilk, the film has earned Rs 142.25 crore net in India over its nine-day run.

While most films start slowing down by their second weekend, ‘Housefull 5’ picked up pace. As early estimates by Sacnilk, the film made an estimated Rs 9 crore net in India on its second Saturday. This jump has taken the total domestic collection to approximately Rs 142.25 crore. Before this, the film had collected Rs 127.25 crore in its first week and added Rs 6 crore on its second Friday.
Day 9 occupancy
Even in its second week, ‘Housefull 5’ is holding strong, with signs of steady support from fans. On Saturday, 14 June, the film recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 18.59% across India. Audience numbers increased as the day progressed, with morning shows at 7.77%, afternoon at 20.41%, evening at 20.98%, and night shows peaking at 25.21%. These numbers suggest that the film gained more viewers as the day went on, especially since it was a weekend.

One of the biggest reasons behind the film’s success is its massive and exciting cast.
