Model Found Dead in Haryana

In a distressing turn of events, Sheetal, known as Simmi Chaudhary, a model from Haryana, was discovered deceased on Sunday night. Her body was located in a water canal in the Kharkhoda region of Sonipat district. Authorities suspect foul play, as she was found with a slit throat. Sheetal, originally from Panipat, was identified through the tattoos on her arms and chest.

The model was known for her appearances in Haryanvi music videos and had been residing with her sister Neha in Khalila Majra. On Sunday, Neha filed a missing person report after Sheetal failed to return home. Reports indicate that on June 14, while on a shoot, Sheetal was allegedly assaulted by her boyfriend. She communicated this incident to her sister via video call, mentioning an injury to her neck and assuring her that she would return soon. However, she never made it home, and later, her friend's vehicle was discovered near the canal.

The Kharkhoda police have initiated an investigation into the case and have reached out to her sister for confirmation of identity. The family from Panipat is expected to arrive soon.
