M5 traffic LIVE: Major motorway brought to a standstill after crash - ambulances at scene Newspoint  |  17/06/2025 02:39:15

Motorists faced long tailbacks on the M5 on Monday after a crash brought traffic to a standstill. All traffic was temporarily held on the southbound carriageway due to the incident on M5 Southbound at J14 B4509 (Thornbury / Falfield), according to road traffic monitoring site Inrix.

A witness said to have seen multiple emergency services rushing to the area, telling : "There's two fire engines and two ambulances just gone past us at junction 12."
