From employment to consumption habits, Jen Z, the younger generation of the younger generation of Indians working, has caught the attention of experts in all fields. Now, in a new report of Clearerip, young people highlight how young people are installing new travel trends, which can create the future of the tourism and hospitality industry.

According to Cleartrip’s report, individuals in the generation Z, born between 1979 and 19, prefer to travel alone than any other age group, they prefer personal experiences than shared or group decisions.

The online travel agency revealed that the generation Z imports freedom and elasticity in the journey. They are ready to spend more on relaxation and personal freedom, which is different from the habits of the older generations.

According to the report, the rate of traveling alone in the generation Z is 5% higher than people of other age groups. “Travelers are rewriting the travels of the generation Z. Traveling is not just a relaxation option, but a form of lifestyle and a form of self-expression,” the company said in a press release released on June 7. “They are independent, digital knowledgeable and more interested in spending on personal, comfortable experiences, often preferred to travel alone or specific than traditional groups travel events,” he added.

The new data on the generation Z passengers also show that they are more open to search for different, experience-concentrated sites than traditional tourist destinations. This underlines the changes in the behavior of the young Indians, which draws attention to the new future of India’s journey. The report also states that the generation Z travel options offer unique perspectives on how they are managing their travel expenses.

“UPI and Debit Card are more inclined towards UPI and Debit Card use than the generation Z credit card, there are 5% more UPI transactions than other groups. EMI-based travel payment is given a great deal of priority, more than 5% generation Z users select this method.

Clearerip says that this data is an indicator that despite the budget difficulties, the generation Z passengers prefer comfortable and luxurious travel. Another important point in the report is that the generation Z likes more than other groups of bookings than other groups, which indicate their preference for full-service experience.

Cleartrip also mentions that Jen Z passengers are more likely to use app-based rewards points and travel coupons than other age groups. “They are likely to redeem reward points like supercoins and use a travel coupon over other age groups,” says it.
