Mubi has finally announced the Die, My Love release date for the upcoming psychological dark dramedy, based on the 2017 novel by Ariana Harwicz. This comes after a month since the movie had its world premiere at the 78th Cannes Film Festival.

“In the film, Grace, a writer and young mother, is slowly slipping into madness. Locked away in an old house in and around Montana, we see her acting increasingly agitated and erratic, leaving her companion, Jackson, increasingly worried and helpless,” reads the official synopsis.

When is the Die, My Love release date?

Die, My Love has now been scheduled to arrive in theaters on November 7, 2025, pitting it directly against Glenn Powell’s upcoming Stephen King movie The Running Man and Elle Fanning’s Predator: Badlands. It will also be debuting in the same month as other high-profile movies like Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, Wicked: For Good, and Zootopia 2. Since its world premiere, the movie has already garnered a Tomatometer rating of 77% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 48 reviews.

Die, My Love is directed by Lynne Ramsay (Ratcatcher) from a screenplay written by Ramsay and Enda Walsh. The movie stars Jennifer Lawrence as Grace, Robert Pattinson as Jackson, LaKeith Stanfield as Karl, Sissy Spacek as Pam, Nick Nolte as Harry, Gabrielle Rose as Jen, and more. Lawrence and Justine Ciarrocchi are producing the movie for Excellent Cadaver, while Martin Scorsese, Andrea Calderwood, and Black Label Media also serve as producers. Black Label Media financed the project.
