The director-producer’s wife alleges that when her husband was in Goa on 31 May, the couple took her husband to a deserted place. Both of them had asked Shyam to implicate him in false drugs case to make money. The couple was accompanied by a person named Piyush Kothari, who also assaulted Shyam Dey. The couple snatched their phone from Shyam and threatened to make them personal things viral.

FIR lodged against couple in police
