Mumbai: The State Common Entrance Test Cell on Monday announced the results of the Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) 2025 for the Physics-Chemistry-Mathematics (PCM) group. A total of 22 candidates have achieved a perfect 100 percentile in this year's examination.

The MHT-CET 2025 for PCM was conducted from April 19 April to 27, with an additional examination held on May 5. The test was administered at 207 centres within Maharashtra and 17 centres outside the state. Of the 4,64,263 candidates who registered, 4,22,663 appeared, resulting in an overall attendance of 91.04%.

Among the top scorers are students from various districts across Maharashtra as well as other states. Among the top scorers are students from across Maharashtra. Notably, three candidates from Mumbai Suburban — Pranav Mintri, Siddhant Sunil Ghate, and Gandhar Vivek Vartak — scored a perfect 100 percentile, underlining the city’s strong academic performance.

Other 100-percentilers from Maharashtra include Meer Vipul Bhuva (Thane), Anirudh Iyer (Thane), Atharv Bhalchandra Sahasrabudhe (Sangli), Siddhant Dheeraj Patankar (Pune), Natu Dhruv Amol (Pune), Pagar Anuj Shivprasad (Pune), Rai Prajwal Ravi (Sangli), and Shrish Nilesh Pattewar (Yavatmal).

In addition, four candidates from outside Maharashtra also secured a perfect score. These include Amit Kumar Singh from Kolkata and three others — Utkarsh Mishra, Arnav Nigam, and Shreya Roy — from New Delhi, reflecting the examination's reach beyond state borders.

Category-wise toppers were also announced. In the Open category, Muhammad Alraza Hanif Shaikh (Gondia), Aayush Arvind Kumar Dubey (Jaipur), and Pranav Mintri (Mumbai Suburban) were among those who scored the highest. In the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category, Wagh Parth Kishor (Kolhapur) and Gandhar Vivek Vartak (Mumbai Suburban) were the top performers with perfect scores.

Noteworthy performances were also seen in the reserved categories. Parisheel Ashish Tirpude from Bhandara topped the Scheduled Caste (SC) category with 99.986 percentile, while Koli Pranita Sanjay from Wardha led the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category with 99.926 percentile. The Special Backward Class (SBC) topper was Anish Rajeshwar Machewar from Nanded with a 99.996 percentile.

Chinmay Vikas Chavan from Bhandara and Vaishnavi Vitthalrao Sarje from Nanded emerged as toppers in the Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) category, both with 100 percentile. Meanwhile, the highest scorer in the Nomadic Tribes (DT/VJ) category was Naikwadi Nida Ashfaq from Kolhapur (99.812 percentile).

Other notable scorers across NT-B, NT-C, and NT-D categories include Sarthak Baburao Khot from Kolhapur (99.993 percentile), Pruthviraj Sanjay Waghmode from Pune and Apoorv Sachin Bandichhode from Solapur (both 99.996 percentile), and Patil Dweep Jatin from Mumbai Suburban (99.967 percentile).
