Actress Ankita Lokhande recently attended an event in the city alongside actors Manoj Bajpayee, Vicky Jain, Gauahar Khan, and several other industry figures. During the occasion, the actress was asked about completing 16 years since the launch of 'Pavitra Rishta'. Ankita made her acting debut with the Hindi soap opera and shared the screen with the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in the show.

At the recent event, Ankita was asked to share her experience regarding the show and her co-star Sushant. She expressed gratitude to the fans and the audience who had showered immense love on the serial. “Yes, I have completed 16 years and it has been a beautiful journey with lots of ups and downs. Thank you so much for being there with me throughout my journey.

And Sushant was my first co-star; he is a legend and he always will be,” she stated. Many social media users observed that she became teary-eyed while speaking about Sushant.
