If you are also facing problems with Jio's network, then you are not alone. Since the afternoon of June 16, Reliance Jio users in Kerala have been facing serious network-related problems. Internet connectivity, mobile signal, and Jio Fiber services are all facing problems, affecting thousands of users. Apart from Kerala, users from many other areas have also complained about Jio's network being down on social media.

Where did the problem start?

Around 1:30 pm, about 200 users complained on Downdetector. By 2:17 pm, this number increased to more than 12,000. 56% of users are facing problems with mobile data. 29% of users are not getting mobile network signals. 15% users are reporting problems related to Jio Fiber.

On social media platform X (formerly Twitter), users are sharing messages like "No Service" and screenshots of signal disappearance. Many people are tagging Jio's official handle and demanding answers. So far Jio has not issued any official statement.
