The former Days of Our Lives actor on her story from The Sun newspaper which questioned why Beckham had earned the honour over her husband. The title of the piece by author Clemmie Moodie read "Robbie Williams deserves a knighthood as much as David Beckham- his snub proves everything wrong with 'corrupt' system".
Moodie queried why Williams had been overlooked once more by the King, as he "co-created the most-watched thing on telly on Sunday night, and has raised more than £115million for in the process" she also listed off his various accomplishments including being the "best selling artist of all time".
Moodie claimed it is because Williams "hasn't played the royal honey card as well as his pal Dave", and it is evident his wife agrees, judging by her timely repost of the article.
Meanwhile, Beckham has revealed that his mother couldn't stop crying over his knighthood, as he shared Sandra's reaction after they enjoyed lunch at Tony's Pie and Mash in London.
He wrote on Instagram: "Lunch with Mum, haven't seen her since the news...Mum cried when she arrived, cried during lunch and cried when I was leaving. X special moment for us all."
Sandra admitted she felt "emotional" having people approach her son to offer their congratulations using his new title.
David is married to former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham and has four children with her: Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and 13-year-old Harper Seven.
The Manchester United legend - whose wife will now be known as Lady Victoria Beckham - has been given the honour for services to sport and charity.
