DU Admission 2025: Delhi University (DU) has launched the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal for undergraduate admission in the academic session 2025-26. For admission to DU, students have to visit the official website ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
With the launch of the CSAS portal, Delhi University has also started Phase-1 registration for UG admission. Phase-2 registration will start after the release of the CUET UG 2025 result. CSAS UG 2025 is divided into three phases- 1. Applying for Delhi University, 2. Choosing the program and college of your choice and 3. Seat allocation and admission.
How many seats will be admitted?
This year, 71,624 seats are available in 79 UG programs and 186 BA course combinations in 69 colleges of DU. Admissions will be based on CUET scores. Changing the eligibility conditions, now the option of "one language + three subjects" or "two languages + two subjects" has been given in most of the programs. The condition of a minimum of 30% marks in language subjects in the B.Sc (Hons) program has now been removed.
DU UG Admission 2025 Process
Phase-1: Filling the application form

In this phase, students have to upload their details, CUET-UG roll number, 12th mark sheet, and necessary documents. Only registration takes place in this phase. No college or course preference is filled.
DU Admission 2025: Phase-2: Filling the course and college preference
After completion of Phase 1 i.e. the application process, students can fill in their course and college preference in the second phase. This phase has four parts – subject mapping, course-special eligibility, preference selection, and final submission.
DU Admission 2025: Phase-3: Seat Allotment and Admission
In this last step, Delhi University will allot seats based on CUET score, merit, and preferences filled. Seat allotment will be done in multiple rounds and students will also get the option to accept, reject, or upgrade the seat.
