Actress Sheen Das is set to entertain fans with her new supernatural drama Aami Dakini . The actress will be playing the role of Dakini Chudail in the show. Sheen has given an exclusive interview to TOI TV, where she opened up about the show, her character in it, and how she’s been preparing for the role so far. While talking about the same, she expressed her excitement and mentioned how a lot of preparation is needed.
Sheen opened up about everything that goes behind preparing for a role in supernatural shows. She further mentioned that it’s her first time playing a ‘ghost’ on screen. She further threw light on the storyline of the show and mentioned how it’s about a girl who fell in love with a guy before her death and is now waiting to reunite with him after reincarnation.
She shared, “I’ve never done something like this on TV before. It’s my first time doing something like this for TV. The look is very bold, and it justifies the role. There’s a lot of emotion that is driving the horror in the show. I saw a lot of horror movies. There’s a certain way the character had to walk, talk, and do everything, so there’s a lot of preparation that went behind not just the physical aspect but also the emotional.”
She further shared, “There are two aspects of my role — one of a 100-year-old and another is of a girl who was a great musician. The show will portray that her love is timeless, and she is in love with her boyfriend. The character will wait for her boyfriend to be reincarnated so that she can finally reunite with him.”
Fans are quite excited to see Sheen in this new role. Her debut was in Piya Albela.
