The Indian cricketer has a son with his first wife. Whose name is Zorawar. He is 11 years old. Joravar did not meet his father for many years. After the separation of the parents, it also had a bad effect on his life.

Zorawar lives with mother

Former Team India opener Shikhar Dhawan separated from Ayesha Mukherjee after 9 years of marriage. Both these couples were tied in marriage in 2012. However, after living together for almost a decade, both of them separated their ways. Dhawan filed a petition for divorce on the basis of cruelty. In which he accused Ayesha of mentally torturing him.

Both were divorced in Delhi’s Patiala House Court on October 2023. Since then Dhawan’s 11 -year -old son Zorawar has been living in Australia with his mother. Ayesha Mukherjee is an Australian citizen of Indian origin.

Did not meet father for two years

39 -year -old Shikhar Dhawan gave an interview to news agency ANI earlier this year. Where he had said about his son Zorawar that both of them have not met for two years.

Dhawan said, “It has been two years since I have seen my son. It has been a year since we have been blocked from everywhere. It is very difficult for me. You learn to live with it. I miss him a lot.”
