A private chef renowned for cooking for elite footballers has revealed his method for creating scrambled eggs worthy of a Michelin star. Chef Jonny Marsh, nicknamed 'The Football Feeder', works with some of the world's top players, including like Kevin De Bruyne (now at Napoli just weeks after leaving City), Kyle Walker and Ilkay Gündoan.
In a TikTok video, he demonstrates the recipe using just 4 ingredients. Describing the dish as "very niche," he says that it takes under 10 minutes to prepare.

All that's left is to serve it however you prefer. Chef Marsh likes to finish with a sprinkle of chives, though that's completely optional. He emphasises waiting until the final step before seasoning the eggs. Feeling indulgent, he also tops his with caviar.

According to : "They are relatively low in calories and saturated fat, and rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and other healthy nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin, which are good for the eyes, and choline, which is needed by nerves and the brain."
Many people are concerned about eggs and cholesterol. However if you stick to a certain amount, you should be ok. The health experts state: "The general recommendation is to limit your cholesterol from food to no more than 300 milligrams per day.
"A single large egg contains more than half of that amount. The cholesterol comes from the yolk, so many people choose to eat only the egg white."
