Emergency services have raced to the scene on the A1M in South Yorkshire, which is currently closed southbound between J35 (Doncaster) and J34 (Blyth) after a motorbike driver was killed in a horror crash. A message on the website reads: "South Yorkshire police leading the response at this stage with collision investigation work ongoing.

"National Highways traffic officers are assisting with strategic closures and clearing the traffic caught within the closures. The northbound carriageway has since been reopened with delays in the area beginning to ease." The has contacted the emergency services for further information.
