WBCAP Admissions 2025: The West Bengal Department of Higher Education began the online application procedure for undergraduate (UG) admissions 2025 today, June 18, at 2:00 p.m. Qualified and suitable applicants may complete their applications online by visiting the official website of WBCAP at wbcap.in. There is no registration cost, and all documents must be submitted before July 1, 2025.

3. Merit List & Seat Allotment: July 6, 2025

4. Admission against Seat Allotment: July 6 to 12, 2025

5. Seat Allotment for Upgrade Round: July 17, 2025

6. Admission in Upgrade Round: July 17 to 20, 2025

7. Physical Verification at Institution Level: July 24 to 31, 2025

8. Beginning of Classes: August 1, 2025

WBCAP Admissions 2025: How to fill out the application form?

Step 1: Visit the official website of WBCAP at wbcap.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the registration link.

Step 3: After this, complete the registration procedure.

Step 4: Now, login by entering the information in the application form.

Step 5: Next, upload the necessary documents and then submit.

Step 6: Download the form and take a printout of the same for further reference.

WBCAP Admissions 2025: Eligibility criteria

Subject to the year of graduating constraints imposed by the individual universities, any applicant who completed a Higher Secondary or equivalent test (from an accredited board or council) may register on the Centralised Admission Portal.

Aspirants will be allocated seats in 460 state-run and private colleges spread throughout 17 universities. They can apply to a maximum of 25 programs.
