star studded crime drama Mobland has seen interest in one of its filming locations skyrocket. The show, which is the brainchild of Guy Richie and stars , , and Dame , tells the story of two rival mob families battling for dominance. Many scenes were shot in Cotswolds pub The Falkland Arms in Great Tew near Chipping Norton and fans appear very eager to pay it a visit.

The bar is just a 30 minute drive from 's pub the Farmer's Dog but unlike that outlet, while it does focus on local ingredients, it doesn't restrict itself to exclusively British produce. This meant when former star Pierce visited the pub in his downtime just like his character Conrad Harrigan he did indeed enjoy a pint of the black stuff. The bar manager Felicity confirmed: "Pierce did indeed stop by for a pint of Guinness. We are very lucky to be busy throughout the year, but we have seen a spike in visitors since the series aired, both locally and from those travelling from overseas.

"There has definitely been a buzz amongst our customers. People want to know where each scene was shot and if they are sitting in Pierce's or Tom's seat.

"Regulars are shocked to see their local not just featured but name-dropped in such a star-studded series," she said. However, it is now experiencing a very similar footfall to Jeremy Clarkson's pub as crowds of tourists flock to the venue.

Figures analysed by the soon-to-launch UK holiday provider, show Google searches for The Falkland Arms skyrocketing by 522% in the last month alone on the back of the show's release.

Although the venue is only a 30 minute drive from Jeremy's hugely famous Cotswold's watering hole, it is a very different outlet and also offers accomodation boasting seven rooms.

The 16th century pub has flagstone floors, cosy nooks and crannies and punters can relax in front of the inglenook fireplace should the weather decree it.

Outside seating is available at both the front and back of the pub and they describe themselves as "an inclusive pub and hotel for all, and dog friendly throughout."

Dishes include 6X Gold ale battered haddock, honey glazed ham and beef and 6X ale pie but they also offer meals such as king prawn, chorizo & sundried tomato tagliatelle and vegetarian and vegan offerings such as fattoush salad, yoghurt and mint dressing, sumac croutons, baba ghanoush.
