The exam city intimation slip has been released for UGC NET 2025. Candidates can get information about their exam city from ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the exam city information slip (City Intimation Slip) for the UGC NET June 2025 exam. With this slip, candidates will be able to know in which city their exam center is. The slip can be downloaded from the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. If you have applied for UGC NET, then it would be better to download it without delay, as travel and other preparations can be planned on the basis of this.

When is the UGC NET exam?

UGC NET June 2025 exam will be conducted between June 25 and June 29. This exam will be held in two shifts, the first shift will run from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift will run from 3 pm to 6 pm. The exam will be taken for a total of 85 subjects. This exam is necessary for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), eligibility for Assistant Professor and PhD admission.

When will the admit card come?

NTA has also clarified that the information about the exam city is for information only. This is not the admit card. The real hall ticket i.e. admit card will be issued 3 to 4 days before the exam. It will contain complete information about the candidate's name, roll number, exam date, time and place. It will be necessary to carry a printed copy of the admit card to appear in the exam.

Candidates who had selected four cities while applying have been allotted one city from those options. All the candidates appearing in the exam are advised to keep an eye on the NTA website from time to time and do not miss the date of downloading their admit card.
