Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, renowned for popularizing the phrase Namak Shamak, views the success of his show Laughter Chefs as more than just a personal achievement; it symbolizes a broader culinary movement. As the program marks its first anniversary, Sokhi reflects on its remarkable journey and the reasons behind its global appeal.
