Follow this domestic method to get relief from scalp itching

1. Mix fenugreek seeds in coconut oil

Fenugreek seeds have anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties that help reduce scalp irritation and itching. Soak 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds overnight and grind the next morning and mix it in coconut oil. Heat this mixture lightly and apply it in the scalp and wash it after 1 hour.

2. Cold will get coolness from camphor and relief in dandruff

Kapoor is known for cooling the campor scalp. It also helps in removing itching and odor caused by sweat. Massage the scalp by mixing 3-4 fine pieces of coconut oil of camphor. This remedy also eliminates dandruff from the root.

3. When and how many times to use?

It is enough to apply this recipe 2 times a week. Especially if you get out or wear a helmet, the scalp gets sweat. In such a situation, this remedy will help keep the scalp clean, reduce itching and improve hair growth.
