NIFT Final Result 2025 OUT: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the final result of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Entrance Exam 2025. This result has been released after the Stage 2 examination conducted for admission to G, PG, and PhD courses. Candidates who appeared in the exam can download their scorecard by visiting exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT.

NIFT 2025: How many students participated?

A total of 17,974 unique candidates registered for the NIFT 2025 Stage 1 exam and 31,061 test entries were recorded. During this, the candidates appeared in GAT (General Ability Test) and CAT (Creative Ability Test). The Stage 1 result was declared on 24 April 2025 and candidates were shortlisted for Stage 2 in the ratio of 1:4 program and category-wise.

What happened in Stage 2?

UG candidates shortlisted in the Stage 2 exam appeared for situation tests, studio tests, and hands-on practical assessments. The assessment was done on the spot by a jury as per the standards jointly formulated by NTA and NIFT.

1,973 candidates registered for Stage 2 for PG programs, of which 1,519 candidates appeared for the exam. In the interview, candidates were evaluated on parameters such as career orientation, communication skills, general awareness, and program suitability based on a total of 100 marks.

10,869 candidates applied for UG courses, of which 8,859 appeared for the exam, registering an attendance of 81.51%.

NIFT Cut-Off 2025 and Counselling Updates

After the result is released, the NIFT counseling dates will also be released soon on the official website gift.ac.in/admission. Candidates are advised to keep a regular check on the website so as not to miss any information on cut-off, document verification and seat allotment.

Click on the link “NIFTEE 2025 - Click here to download final scorecard” on the homepage.

Enter your application number, date of birth and captcha code.

The result and scorecard will appear on the screen.

Download the scorecard and save it for future reference.
