The Premier League is set to return on August 15 when defending champions Liverpool host Bournemouth in the first game of the new season. Most clubs are currently enjoying breaks ahead of pre-season, while Chelsea and Manchester City are in action at the Club World Cup.

The majority of teams are due to return to training in July before playing some pre-season friendlies. Manchester United, Everton, Bournemouth and West Ham will travel to the US for the Premier League Summer Series.

Arsenal will be in action in Singapore and Hong Kong, while Chelsea have just two pre-season games scheduled due to involvement at the Club World Cup. City have not announced any pre-season matches, with Pep Guardiola's side hoping to retain the Club World Cup.
