New Delhi: Land Rover have brought their newest special edition, the Defender 110 Trophy Edition, bringing back the classic overland exploration spirit while also bringing the modern package designed for adventure, along with the Defender Trophy. It marks the brand’s return to international adventure challenge events.

It is inspired by the iconic Trophy and Challenge events in the past. Defender is also launching an all-new global adventure competition called the Defender Trophy. The initiative aims to find individuals who are into adventure. The competition’s finale will be held in Africa in 2026 in partnership with Defnder’s partner Tusk. The entrants have to be over 23 years, a resident of the participating country, along with a few more criteria to follow, like being eligible to drive and travel internationally, swim 50m and speak fluent English.

The competition will be quite on its own, with the local selections set to start in the summer, followed by finals next spring, which will determine the participants of the global final in Africa in the autumn of 2026.

Land Rover Defender 110 Trophy Edition features

The Trophy Edition of the SUV comes in two colours inspired by their heritage, the Deep Sandglow Yellow and Keswick Green and the specifications are adventure-ready. The Defender 110 Trophy Edition gets a contrasting gloss black finish on the bonnet, along with the lower bodyside, the brake callipers and the rear recovery eyes. Both of the exterior colours can be finished with an optional matter protective film that provides an added layer of protection for the bodywork.

The Defender 110 Trophy comes with gloss black wheels, 10-inch alloy wheels wrapped in all-terrain tyres, gloss black wheel arch protection and a dark rear scuff plate as well. There are also the Trophy decals on the bonnet and a C-pillar graphic with the Trophy Edition badging marked on the rear as well. The Defender 110 Trophy Edition has illuminated tread plates, with the seats coming with Ebony Windsor leather upholstery.

Further, the Defender 110 Trophy Edition also includes an optional expedition roof rack for extra storage space, a black deployable roof ladder, gloss black side-mounted gear carrier, front and rear classic mud flaps and a raised air intake.
