In one of the most endearing throwback moments, actress Genelia Deshmukh once gave her fans a glimpse of her deep love for her family, not through words, but through a beautifully meaningful tattoo.
Shared on her Instagram stories, the picture showed Genelia looking away from the camera, her hand casually raised. But what truly caught everyone’s attention was the henna tattoo etched across it — three ‘Rs’ delicately inked with a heartbeat line, representing her husband Riteish and their sons, Riaan and Rahyl.

The simple yet symbolic design struck a chord with fans. Without saying a word, the actress offered a peek into her world — a world centred around the people she holds closest. The three initials didn’t need any grand explanation. It was love, clearly worn on the sleeve — or in this case, on her hand.
From Soulmates to Super Parents
Genelia and Riteish’s journey is nothing short of a Bollywood romance brought to life. The couple, who dated for several years, got married on February 3, 2012, in a grand celebration that included both a traditional Marathi ceremony and a Christian wedding. Since then, they’ve been inseparable . It's not just as partners in life, but in parenting too.
Their first child, Riaan, was born in 2014, and two years later, they welcomed Rahyl. Over the years, the duo has often shared glimpses of their warm, close-knit family life, but the henna tattoo moment was particularly special, a reminder of how quietly expressive Genelia can be.
Work front
Even with busy schedules, the Deshmukhs continue to balance their professional and personal lives gracefully. Genelia's recent outing is the Aamir Khan starrer 'Sitaare Zameen Par' which is getting good reviews from the audiences and good collections at the box office. Meanwhile Riteish Deshmukh 's recent outing is 'Housefull 5'.
