Masala Peanut is the best option for evening tea, eating it will be fun; note the recipe

For how many people: 4

Ingredients:

Raw peanuts 1 cup
Gram flour half cup
Rice flour 2 tablespoons
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric pinch
Chat masala optional
Garam masala pinch
Salt to taste
Green chili finely chopped optional
Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon (optional)
Coriander finely chopped
Oil for frying

Method:

Do not wash the peanuts, expose them to sunlight for a while.

After this, take the dry peanuts in a large bowl.

Now add gram flour, rice flour, red chili, turmeric, garam masala, salt and chaat masala to it.

If you want, you can also add chopped green chili, ginger, and coriander to enhance the taste.

Now add water little by little. Coat the masala well on the peanuts.

Keep the mixture thick.

Now heat oil in a pan on medium flame.

Add peanuts one by one to the oil and fry on medium flame till they become crispy.

When the peanuts turn golden brown, take them out.

Add some chaat masala and lemon juice on top and serve hot.
