The actress has found herself at the centre of weight loss rumours time and time again, with people continuously speculating that she had taken the help of the infamous weight loss medications to change her body.

Wilson’s journey to living a healthier and happier lifestyle began back in 2020. The actress had focused on eating better, had hit the gym, and then had shown a completely new and slim version of herself to the public, sparking massive debate.
While the singer-songwriter has adamantly shared that she had not used any medications for her transformation, the rumours continued. She even cited that "literally had family members, like, really believe that I was taking these gummies” as per an online social media post shared by the country music star.
She posted a video on her social media account, addressing the rumours as well as the false advertisements surrounding the actress’s weight loss that had surfaced at the time. She shared the video with the caption, “PSA: If y’all have seen these ads, they’re entirely fake. Don’t fall for them and help me out by reporting them when you see them.”
She called out the advertisements, citing that companies will do anything for money. She delved into how her change and transformation came with "working hard and playing hour-and-a-half shows and running around every night of my life."

The singer-actress also delved into how she maintained herself and her diet during tours. In an interview with Delish, the star revealed that she has to remain strict and “disciplined” with herself. Citing that she is "a little bit more prepared than I used to be, ”Wilson also shared how meal-prepping in advance has also become a regular part of her daily routine.
The artist recently released the music video to her latest song ‘Somewhere Over Laredo’, online and has managed to garner a lot of traction in the past few days.
