If you have prepared for UPSC but did not get success, then there is no need to worry now. UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) has started a new scheme, named 'Pratibha Setu'. Through this, now even those candidates who could not get a chance to get a job can get a chance. In such a situation, we talked to the students preparing for UPSC about the app. Let's know what they say about this..

What is Pratibha Setu Yojana

UPSC takes exams of lakhs of students every year, out of which only a few get selected. But the rest who are educated, smart, and hardworking do not get a chance anywhere else. Pratibha Setu Yojana has been brought to solve this problem. In this scheme, the biodata of such candidates will be collected at one place, who reached the mains or interview of UPSC but were not selected finally. This will include their educational qualification, skills, and contact details. Then this data will be shared with banks, government, and private sector companies, so that those candidates can be called for the job.

What the students said

Kanishka Singh, who is preparing for UPSC and has qualified in the 2025 prelims paper, while talking to Local 18 said that this app will prove to be very helpful for those children who get out of the interview after qualifying in the exam, but now their hard work will not go waste. For this, this app is a very good initiative.

Rohit Kumar, who is preparing for UPSC, also says that this will help the children a lot, mental stress will be reduced and the feeling of failure will not come. The government just has to take special care that there is no special problem in the implementation of this app.
