On June 25, Day 1 of the first Test match between West Indies and Australia, Shamar Joseph delivered a standout moment by dismissing Beau Webster in the 44th over with a superb piece of bowling.
Joseph angled one in from around the wicket, pitching it on a back-of-a-length around middle and off. The ball held its line for a moment before moving away off the seam. Webster, expecting it to come in, played down the wrong line. The delivery zipped past his outside edge and hit the top of off and middle stump, leaving the batter stunned.

On Day 1 of the first Test match between the West Indies and Australia, the visitors were bowled out for 180 in 56.5 overs, with Shamar Joseph and Jayden Seales leading a disciplined bowling display. Joseph finished with figures of 4/46, while Seales claimed 5/60 to wrap up the innings.
Australia got off to a shaky start after debutant Sam Konstas was trapped lbw by Joseph for 3 in the fourth over. A successful West Indies review confirmed the ball would have hit the stumps.
Josh Inglis fell soon after for 5, top-edging a short ball off Seales that was comfortably taken by keeper Shai Hope.
Usman Khawaja tried to anchor the innings with a patient 47, while Travis Head added 59, but frequent breakthroughs denied Australia any big partnerships. Beau Webster chipped in with 11 before falling to Joseph.
In response, West Indies were 57/4 at stumps. Mitchell Starc struck twice early, removing both openers, while Hazlewood and Cummins added one wicket each. Brandon King remained unbeaten on 23, alongside skipper Roston Chase on 1, as West Indies trailed by 123 runs.
