1 cup Tomato Puree
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili flakes
For garnishing:
In a bowl, mix maida, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, salt, and yogurt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 1 hourCovered.
Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté onions, bell peps, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Add salt, chili flakes, and oregano. Set Aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic and onions until golden. Add Tomato Puree, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Oregono, and Chili Flakes. Cook until thick.
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll Each Into A Slightly Thick Roti. Prick the base with a form to prevent puffing.
