New Delhi: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) has released the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) 2025 rank list round 1. The TNEA rank list 2025 can be accessed through the official website, tneaonline.org. To download the TNEA 2025 rank card the candidates’ email ID and password are required.

The details mentioned in the TNEA 2025 rank list include the name of the candidate, date of birth, candidate’s overall rank, application number, aggregate marks out of 200, category of the candidate and rank. As per the rank list, a total of 8,657 candidates are ineligible for engineering admissions. These candidates get the facility to apply for grievances between June 28 to July 2, 2025.

Based on the marks of candidates in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics in Class 12, the seats are allotted to the candidates. Moreover, the marks obtained in mathematics will be converted out of 100. For physics and chemistry, is it out of 50.

TNEA Rank List 2025: Steps to download

Candidates should follow the below mentioned steps to access and download the TNEA 2025 rank list-

  • Step 1: First of all, go to the official website at tneaonline.org
  • Step 2: Then, on the homepage, navigate to the ‘rank details’ and click on it.
  • Step 3: A login page appears where candidates need to enter the email ID and password and submit.
  • Step 4: Once the details are submitted, the rank list PDF will be displayed on the screen.
  • Step 5: Next, select the category and click enter.
  • Step 6: The TNEA 2025 rank list will appear on the screen.

Candidates whose names are mentioned in the TNEA 2025 rank list are eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Technology (BTech) courses at various departments and colleges of the Anna University.
