The highly anticipated film Kannappa released in theatres on Friday (June 27), and fans are celebrating its arrival with enthusiasm. However, amid the excitement, a major scene from the film, featuring Akshay Kumar and Prabhas, has been leaked online.

The leaked clip, which is Prabhas' entry scene, also includes Akshay, both of whom make special cameo appearances in the film. Akshay is seen portraying Lord Shiva, while Prabhas appears as Rudra.

The scene has gone viral, with several fan-shot videos surfacing on X (formerly known as Twitter) shortly after early morning screenings. It shows Prabhas' eyes and later his back facing the camera. The scene does not give away much about the storyline or plot.

In the videos, audiences can be seen erupting in cheers and whistles during Prabhas' entry in the film. Fans even threw confetti inside theatres, turning the moment into a celebration.

Kannappa makers threaten legal action against trolls

A couple of days before the film's release, the makers issued a notice in public interest, threatening to take legal action against those who try to troll and malign the film without any reason. They also asked the critics as well as the audience to first watch the film and then pass judgement.

The notice read that though the makers respect freedom of speech, they have the right to question deliberate attack and take legal action against it.
