What is cardiac arrest?

Initial signs of cardiac arrest

Eat a healthy and balanced diet, exercise daily and keep the weight maintained. Pay attention to your BP and sugar, keep checking them from time to time. Get full body checkup done two to three times a year. Many heart disease including cardiac can be avoided by doing Sukhasana, Vajrasana, Vriksasana and Yoga Mudra daily.
