A total of 2600 regular posts and 364 backlog vacancies will be filled under SBI CBO recruitment 2025. These include 1066 for unreserved class (UR), 387 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 190 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), 697 for Other Backward Classes (OBC) and 260 for Economically Weaker Class (EWS). The special thing is that Hindi speaking states also have special opportunities for candidates. 200 posts have been fixed in Bhopal Circle in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, 280 posts in Lucknow Circle in Uttar Pradesh, and 30 posts in New Delhi Circle for states like Delhi, Uttarakhand, Haryana. Apart from this, 80 posts are available for Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab in Chandigarh Circle. Eligibility: Are you ready?

To be eligible for this recruitment, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university. In addition, at least 2 years of work experience in the banking sector is mandatory. Talking about the age limit, the age of the candidate should be between 21 and 30 years. However, there is a provision for age discount as per rules for reserved sections (SC/ST/OBC/EWS). In the selection process, candidates will have to undergo online objective examination, document verification and interview. There is also a special condition that the candidate should have knowledge of the local language of the circle where they are applying.

New rule for North-East: English also included

SBI has added a special provision to the north-eastern states. For those candidates from Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, who have studied with English subject in 10th or 12th, now English has also been included in the local language option. This is the news of relief for those candidates who are from these areas and are comfortable in English. If you have already applied, then you do not need registration.

Application fee and procedure

Talking about the application fee, the candidates of General, OBC and EW class will have to pay Rs 750. At the same time, candidates of SC, ST and Divyang (PH) class are exempted from fees.
