Exciting New Series Set to Premiere

Mumbai: Netflix, in collaboration with Yash Raj Films (YRF), has revealed that their new series 'Mandala Murders', featuring Vaani Kapoor, is set to debut on July 25.

This series marks the second project from the partnership between Netflix and YRF, following the successful release of 'The Railway Men' in 2023.

'Mandala Murders' is a mythological crime thriller that explores ancient mysteries, strange symbols, and a series of ritualistic murders.

Gopi Puthran, known for his work on the Mardaani series, is both the creator and director, with Manan Rawat as co-director.

According to the creators, 'In the quiet town of Charandaspur, a dark and sinister pattern of crime unfolds. A series of ritualistic murders tied to an age-old secret society sets the stage for a fate-driven conspiracy.'

The narrative centers on detectives Rea Thomas (played by Kapoor) and Vikram Singh, portrayed by Vaibhav Raj Gupta from 'Gullak', as they navigate a complex web of secrets that are 'as intricate as a mandala', revealing hidden prophecies and perilous beliefs.

The official synopsis states, 'As they decipher enigmatic symbols and ulterior motives, they face a secret society that has dangerously blurred the boundaries between faith and insanity.'

The cast also features Surveen Chawla and Shriya Pilgaokar in significant roles.

'Mandala Murders' is produced by YRF Entertainment, with Aditya Chopra, Uday Chopra, Yogendra Mogre, and Akshaye Widhani serving as executive producers.
