  • Pizza Sauce: 4 tablespoons (can also use tomato sauce)
  • Mozerela cheese: 1 cup (grated)
  • Capsicum: 1 (finely chopped)
  • Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomatoes: 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Sweet Corn: 1/4 cup (boiled)
  • Olives (Olives): 8-10 (optional)
  • Green Chilli: 1-2 (finely chopped, optional)
  • Chile Flex: 1/2 tsp
  • Mix Herbs or Origano: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Butter or oil: to cook bread

Method:

  1. Prepare bread:

    • First of all, take the rotis lightly so that they become a bit crisp.
    • Heat a griddle and apply a little butter or oil on it. Place the roti on the pan and bake it till it becomes light golden from both sides. Make sure that the bread becomes crisp.
  2. Prepare pizza base:

    • Now remove the bread from the pan and spread pizza sauce or tomato sauce on it. Spread it well to all sides of bread.
  3. Apply Topping:

    • Put grated mozerela cheese over the sauce.
    • Now spread the chopped capsicum, onion, tomatoes, and boiled sweet corn evenly over the bread.
    • If you want to add olives and green chillies, you can also use them as topings.
    • Sprinkle chili flakes, mix herbs or origino, and a little salt on top.

    • Heat the griddle and place the roti pizza on it. Cover and cook on low heat so that the cheese melts and the vegetables become slightly soft.
