Paresh Rawal recently confirmed that he will be returning for Hera Pheri 3 and more than joy, this news has brought speculation from fans, who are calling it a ‘planned PR move’.

Despite all the accusations, Firoz Nadiadwala recently revealed how Akshay Kumar and Sajid Nadiadwala pulled Paresh Rawal back for the project.

Firoz Nadiadwala told Pinkvilla, “With love, respect, and kind guidance of my brother Sajid Nadiadwala, and also Mr. Ahmed Khan, Hera Pheri family is back together. My brother, Sajid put in a lot of personal time and efforts, over several days to resolve the matter. We have a bond of over 50 years.”

“Ahmed too put in a lot of personal efforts. So it is with the love and guidance of Sajid and Ahmed, that everything is now productive and positive. We also have Akshay ji’s support. We both have shared a very good bond since 1996. He was very kind, loving, and affectionate in the entire process of sorting the issues, Priyan ji, Paresh ji and Suniel ji too were very supportive. We are looking for a good happy movie now” he added.

Firoz Nadiadwala promised,”This will be one more entertainer in the family franchise of Hera Pheri. We are all going to work very hard. The family is now together.”

About the shooting schedule of the movie, Firoz said, “We are looking for the completion of Welcome To The Jungle. Two schedules left and we are planning for the same.”

The drama behind Hera Pheri 3

Hera Pheri 3 faced numerous production hurdles over the years. Initially announced with much excitement, the film was plagued by frequent delays, creative disagreements, and changing directors. The biggest shock came when Paresh Rawal reportedly exited the project due to unresolved legal and financial issues with co-star Akshay Kumar. This led to uncertainty about the iconic trio reuniting.

However, after months of behind-the-scenes negotiations, the disputes were finally resolved. Paresh Rawal confirmed his return, and Priyadarshan officially came back on board as director. With the original cast intact, the film is now back on track, much to fans’ relief.
