Karisma Kapoor was the first one who came forward and rose to stardom from the great Kapoor family when it had been carried by only men from the royal family for a very long time. After she broke the tradition of male actors from the Kapoor family enjoying the stardom, her sister Kareena Kapoor also tried her luck in the industry. In a conversation with Mojo Story, Kareena Kapoor highlighted the groundbreaking journey of her elder sister and the impact they made as women in a male-dominated family of stars. “I think we’ve carried on the Kapoor legacy. It was only me and Karisma before Ranbir came in. So the two girls, actually like my mother says, they’re not tigresses, they are tigers because they did take the legacy forward," Kareena shared.

Karisma Kapoor made her debut in Bollywood in the 1990s. Prem Qaidi in 1991 was her first project. She later delivered blockbusters like Raja Hindustani, Dil To Pagal Hai, and Fiza.
Kareena Kapoor's career
Kareena Kapoor entered the industry with Refugee in 2000. Kareena experimented early on with performance-driven films like Chameli and Jab We Met. Her ability to switch between art-house cinema and big-budget entertainers has allowed her to remain relevant for over twenty years.
Ranbir Kapoor's career
Ranbir Kapoor stepped into Bollywood in 2007 with Saawariya. Rockstar, Barfi!, and Sanju are some of his finest films, which explored the performer in him.
Work front of Kareena, Karisma and Ranbir
On the work front, Kareena was last seen in 'Singham Again' and she has a bunch of films in her pipeline.


At the same time, Karisma Kapoor was last seen in the OTT release 'Murder Mubarak'.
After the blockbuster success of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s 'Animal', Ranbir Kapoor is now preparing for the release of 'Ramayana' by Nitesh Tiwari. He will also make a comeback with 'Animal Park'. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 'Love & War' features Ranbir alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
