Indian Railway Super Vasuki Train: The longest train in the world runs in our country India. It takes one hour to travel from one end to the other. The Super Vasuki freight train was launched on 15 August 2022 under the government’s ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ initiative. Super Vasuki is the longest train in India. 

The longest train in the world passes through our state of Maharashtra. This train is 3.5 kilometers long.

This train takes 11.20 hours to complete its journey from Chhattisgarh to Nagpur in Maharashtra. 

The Super Vasuki train is 3.5 km in length and if you walk, it will take around an hour to travel from one end to the other.

Super Vasuki is a goods train. It has the capacity to carry 27,000 tonnes of goods.
