The actor revealed that their daughter, Sia Kapoor , scored an impressive 97% in her ICSE board exams . The news sparked admiration, but Ram couldn’t resist adding his signature humour. “I got 47%. How could she be my daughter?” he joked, leaving everyone in splits.
Farah Khan, always quick with her comebacks, teasingly asked Ram what he had eaten before Sia was born, prompting more laughter. Though both Sia and her younger brother Aks prefer staying out of the limelight, their achievements continue to attract attention.

Ram and Gautami have intentionally kept their children away from public exposure, only allowing glimpses when the kids felt ready. However, during a candid chat with Hauterrfly, Gautami proudly shared that Sia had undergone a remarkable transformation—losing nearly 38 kilos, which in turn became the driving force behind Ram Kapoor’s own wellness journey.
“She started her weight loss journey before Ram,” Gautami said. “I think that motivated him deeply. He did 24-hour fasts, 48-hour fasts… some crazy stuff.”

The Kapoor household turned into a health-focused space, with even their son Aks shedding ten kilos. “My daughter warned me not to say anything,” Gautami added with a smile. “But they were almost starving themselves—Sia, Ram… they were determined.”
