A Hindu temple located in Spanish Fork, Utah, was the target of a shooting incident. Reports indicate that multiple shots were fired at the Krishna temple, with estimates suggesting that between 20 and 30 bullets were discharged.
Authorities have noted that this temple has faced attacks over the last few days. The local sheriff's office characterized the event as vandalism, while representatives from ISKCON labeled it a hate crime.
The Utah County Sheriff's Office stated, "Recently, our department was informed about several vandalism incidents aimed at the Krishna Temple situated off 8500 South in Utah County. Our deputies responded to the scene and collected various pieces of evidence, including shell casings from the shots fired. These cases have been assigned to our Investigations Division, which is currently looking into them."
