According to a cricbuzz report, Chennai wants to include Sanju in his team with full seriously. However, there has been no formal conversation on this issue between Rajasthan and Chennai so far.

Chennai Super Kings source revealed

A source associated with the Chennai team has said, “We are definitely looking towards Sanju. He is an Indian batsman who can also do wicketkeeping and also an opener. If he makes them available, we will definitely consider linking them with us. We have not discussed which player will be traded on our side because we have not discussed this because the matter has not been far away, but yes, we are interested in Sanju.”

CSK can trade with whom

The biggest question is that if Chennai Super Kings want to take Sanju Samson, then who will leave in return? Sanju is currently the number-1 retained player from Rajasthan, who was retained for Rs 18 crore. If you look at the current Chennai team, Rituraj Gaikwad is the only player whose value can be almost equal to Sanju.
