In an interview with PEOPLEWalton Goggins shared that nostalgia was a prime factor in the Goggle Glasses’ creation. He recalled being enamored with the first set of “ski goggles” he received, stating how he didn’t want to remove them after putting them on.
“I mean, they were just a very cool accessory,” The Hateful Eight star added. “And I thought, what is a smaller version of that that people can really wrap their heads around wearing in an urban environment?” Moreover, Goggins noted that the glasses were a “cool retro experience.”
