Indian Railways has launched the 'RailOne' app, which gives you many facilities on a single platform. Many services, including reserved and unreserved ticket booking, PNR tracking, and rail help, will be available through this app. The RailOne app has features like a single sign-on facility, R-Wallet integration, and a user-friendly interface.

RailOne: There is great news for rail passengers. On Tuesday, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has launched 'RailOne' mobile app. With the help of this app, all the facilities related to railways will be available to the passengers on a single platform. Passengers can now do many things like ticket booking, checking PNR status, viewing live status of the train, giving feedback and booking unreserved tickets through a single app.

It has been inaugurated during the 40th Foundation Day celebrations of the Center for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). You can download RailOne app from Google Play Store and iOS users App Store. Let us know in detail what else we get to see special in this app.

Features of RailOne App

RailOne app has been designed in such a way that it gives a simple, clean and user-friendly interface to the passengers. Passengers will get a total of 9 major facilities on this single platform. Options like booking reserved tickets from IRCTC, taking unreserved tickets from UTS, booking platform tickets, checking PNR and live train status, knowing the status of the coach, registering and tracking complaints through Rail Madad, giving feedback after the journey, using the R-Wallet of Railways and Biometric or mPIN login have been included in this app.

Now passengers will not need to download different apps like IRCTC Rail Connect, UTS, Rail Madad, eCatering and NTES (National Train Inquiry System). Passengers will get all these facilities in one place in RailOne, which will not only save the storage of the device, but will also improve the user experience.

Single Sign-on Feature

One of the best features of the app is Single Sign-on, which makes the login process extremely easy. Through this feature, users do not need to remember multiple passwords. After downloading the RailOne app, users can directly login with their existing RailConnect or UTSonMobile app ID.
