BPSC 71st CCE 2025: The application process for BPSC Integrated 71st Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination ended on Monday. Like every time, this time also lakhs of candidates have registered for the examination. The notification of the examination, admit card, and information about the examination centers will be released on the official website of the commission bpsc.bihar.gov.in.

The exam will be held on 10th September.
The preliminary examination will be conducted by BPSC on 10th September. A total of 4,70,510 candidates have submitted online applications till the last date 30.06.25 to appear in the examination. Only on the last date, 30.06.25, online applications were submitted by 83,133 candidates.

More than 360 contenders for 1 post

After so many applications, an average of 362 candidates will be contenders for each post, which makes it clear that the selection process is going to be very competitive. After the preliminary examination, the final selection of the candidates will be made only after passing through the stages of the main examination and interview. The preliminary examination will be an objective type. In which there will be only one paper of general studies, of a total of 150 marks.

This is only a screening test, the duration of which will be two hours. The marks of the preliminary examination are not included in the final merit. Various prestigious posts like Administrative Service, Police Service, Finance Service, Supply Service, Planning Authority, Commercial Tax, Registration, Transport, Municipal Executive Officer, Education Service, and District Coordinator are included through this examination.
